- The item must be returned in its original packaging, including all tags, labels, and accessories.
2. Non-Refundable Items
The following items are not eligible for refunds:
- Items that have been used, damaged, or altered after delivery.

an error on our part (e.g., wrong item shipped or defective product). - We recommend using a trackable shipping method to ensure the item is
returned safely. Blubber Buddies is not responsible for
lost or damaged return packages.
5. Processing Refunds
- Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
- If approved, your refund will be processed within 14 business days and
credited to your original payment method. Please note that it may take
additional time for your bank or credit card company to reflect the
refund.
6. Exchanges
- If you need to exchange an item for a different size, color, or product,

product availability. - You will be responsible for any price differences and additional shipping costs.
7. Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us immediately

We will either send a replacement or issue a refund, depending on your
preference and product availability.
8. Late or Missing Refunds
If you haven’t received your refund within the expected timeframe, please:
